Last week, we were honoured to attend The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo’s A Call to Gather performance, a wonderful celebration of military tradition and music.
This year marks ten years of our partnership with the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo (REMT). Over the past decade, the REMT’s generous support has enabled us to provide vital support to soldiers, veterans and their families in Scotland and beyond.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the REMT for its continued support. Its funding has helped us deliver life-changing support through specialist partner organisations in Scotland and around the world, as well as directly supporting individual beneficiaries such as Daisy and her family. Together, we have been able to make a meaningful difference to members of the Army family when they have needed it most.

Since 2016, this has seen the REMT support the ABF with donations totalling almost £2 million, which has impacted the lives of thousands of soldiers, former soldiers, and their families.
“The partnership, and the generosity of the REMT, is central to our ability to deliver benevolence to meet evidenced need in Scotland, across the United Kingdom, throughout the Commonwealth, and wider across the world; all set in context of our enduring purpose as the Army’s national charity: to provide support to soldiers, former soldiers, and their immediate families (including the bereaved) in times of hardship or need, so they can live with independence and dignity.”
