Charity Golf at Gosforth Golf Club
Our charity golf day at Gosforth Golf Club has become a hardy perennial in the North East golfing calendar. Hallmarked by its relaxed yet competitive atmosphere, it has developed a reputation for being one of the friendliest on-course days around. It routinely attracts around 130 players, from corporate and military teams to those who simply enjoy the pleasures of an honest round of golf.
On The Day
As always, our golf day will start with a brew and a bacon butty as teams arrive and register. The teams of four will start at set tee times and then set off to explore the beautiful yet challenging course at Gosforth. On completion of the round, we will return to the clubhouse ready for the prize giving and the swapping of our day’s golfing anecdotes.
There will be plenty of prizes plus a fantastic raffle. Because golf can be a thirsty business (particularly on a hot Indian summer’s day), a halfway house will be available for the purchase of light snacks and drinks.

How to Enter
Entry is based on teams of four with two to count. The team price is £120.00 inclusive of green fees and arrival refreshments. Tee times are available from 09:00 to 12:00.
