The World Famous Maldon Mud Race 2024
In 2024, we are encouraging serving Military personnel (regular and reserves), Cadets (over 16 years old) and Veterans to join us for the World Famous Maldon Mud Race (MMR).
Featuring around 300 entrants raising money for a variety of local Charities, the World Famous Maldon Mud Race attracts visitors and press from all over Europe, including Italy and Germany. We are encouraging you to get involved in a race taking place after the initial race. This second event will be even tougher going than the first! Runners will be faced with a very challenging 400 yards, after all the mud is churned up! Think it looks easy? Think again!

Registration and Fundraising
Entry for (serving Military personnel (regular and reserves), Cadets (over 16 years old) and Veterans): The Maldon Mud Race are offering FREE ENTRY to individuals and teams with a commitment to raise a minimum of £50 per person in sponsorship to be shared between MMR Charities and the Army Benevolent Fund. If signing up as a team, teams must consist of four or six members.

Dress
- All competitors must wear footwear which must be taped to their feet.
- Fancy dress – Optional! But it does add to the fun…
