A day of Shooting, Networking and Fundraising in the Heart of Fife
Join us for one of Scotland’s most popular charity shooting events and enjoy a fantastic day of friendly competition, great food and outstanding hospitality, all while helping to support soldiers, veterans and their families.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Fife, our annual Charity Clay Shoot brings together supporters, businesses and local communities for a memorable day of sport and networking. Every team taking part helps raise vital funds for the Army Benevolent Fund, enabling us to provide lifelong support to soldiers, veterans and their families when they need it most.
Whether you’re an experienced shot or have never picked up a shotgun before, this event is designed for everyone. Teams of four will take on a variety of sporting clay stands before enjoying a relaxed afternoon of food, fundraising, entertainment and excellent company.
What’s Included?
Your day begins with freshly brewed coffee and breakfast rolls before heading out onto the range for a morning of clay shooting in beautiful surroundings.
After working up an appetite, enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch and the opportunity to catch up with fellow participants, sponsors and supporters of ABF Scotland.
The afternoon brings even more excitement with the ever-popular Team Flush Challenge, putting teamwork, skill and nerves to the test.

The Venue
Scottish Clay Shooting Centre
Located just 10 minutes from St Andrews, the Scottish Clay Shooting Centre is one of Scotland’s premier shooting grounds. Since opening in 1999, it has earned an outstanding reputation for its first-class facilities, expert instruction and welcoming atmosphere.

Supporting Soldiers, Veterans and Their Families
Every team entered and every pound raised helps the Army Benevolent Fund provide lifetime support to soldiers, former soldiers and their immediate families facing hardship, injury, illness or bereavement.
By taking part, you’ll enjoy a fantastic day in the Fife countryside while helping make a real difference to members of the Army family when they need it most.

Timings
- 09:45 – Registration, tea/coffee, breakfast rolls
- 10:15 – Mandatory safety briefing
- 10:30-15:30 – Shooting
- 12:00-13:30 – Lunch
- By 16:00 – Group photo and prize-giving

- £400 for a team of four
- Non-shooting guests lunch (£20pp)

Any cancellations up to four weeks prior to the event will be offered a full refund and 50% up to two weeks prior.
