We are thrilled to feature in Savanta’s recent report: ‘The Top 100 Most Loved Charity Brands 2021’, ranking 47 overall, which is a significant increase from ranking 94 in 2020.

Additionally, we are cited as the 3rd best loved Armed Forces charity brand of 2021, behind Help for Heroes (2) and The Royal British Legion (1).

We are absolutely delighted to be among the UK’s best loved charities for the second year running and to have broken into the top 50 this year. This is a real honour, and we are so grateful to our supporters who have really gone above and beyond for us during the pandemic.

The rankings are based on the opinions of some 60,000 consumers, through BrandVue Charities – Savanta’s market intelligence platform.

The research found that trust is the key reason members of the public support a charity. Savanta also identified three key traits the most loved charities had in common last year and they were as follows: flexible, local, and digital.
