In November 2024, the Army Benevolent Fund was honoured to be chosen as one of four charities supported by the 2024 Telegraph Christmas Charity Appeal.
Thanks to the generous readers and team at the Telegraph, the Appeal has gone on to raise an incredible £102,000 for the Army Benevolent Fund’s lifetime support for soldiers, former soldiers, and their families. We are incredibly grateful for these donations.
We also want to thank our amazing ambassadors, beneficiaries and supporters who shared their inspiring stories (read below) in the Telegraph during the three months of the Appeal. This has helped us reach many more people, raising awareness of our support for soldiers, former soldiers, and their families in need.
The ABF does not receive funding from the Government or the Army, which is why donations, such as those from the Telegraph’s readers responding to this year’s Christmas Appeal, are so valued. With their help we can enhance and continue our lifetime support for soldiers, former soldiers, and their families.
