Kent Committee Curry Lunch 

Join us on Saturday, 10th January 2026, for a delicious curry lunch in support of the Army Benevolent Fund. The lunch will include an insightful talk from speaker Colonel (Ret’d) Patrick Crowley MA MBE DL on the subject of ‘Our Local Regiment’.

Colonel (Ret’d) Patrick Crowley is a historian and battlefield guide who is currently Chief Executive of the South East Reserve Forces and Cadets Association. He took up this post after 34 years service with the Queen’s Regiment, Princess of Wales Royal Regiment and various staff appointments. His works include Infantry Die Hards: The Anatomy of a Regiment, about the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment and its antecedent regiments and the authoritative account of Kut 1916: Courage and Failure in Iraq.

Cost:

The cost of the lunch will be £61. This includes a flavoursome vegetarian curry, pre – lunch drinks and wine on the table.

Venue:

At the Royal Engineers Headquarter Mess, RSME, Brompton Barracks, Chatham.
