Event Submission Form

Please be aware due to the volume of requests please fill in the form as early as possible to ensure speedy delivery.

We require 10 working days to setup an event, thanks.

Submit an event

To submit an event to The Soldiers’ Charity website, please fill in the below form.

Please also think carefully about how you describe the event, as this is the first thing people will see when viewing it. Try to be as descriptive and engaging as possible – this is your chance to sell it, and keep in mind that many events have the same name – to avoid dozens of events called ‘Curry lunch and reception’, personalise your event; ‘Curry lunch and reception at Somewhere Town Hall’.

Also think about what kind of category your event falls into: Big Curries under ‘Eat’, Tattoos, Beating Retreats, Shoots and bespoke events would fall under ‘Special’, with the more adrenaline fuelled events like abseils and skydives under the ‘Extreme’ category.
