Payday is the best day of the month. Why not share a little bit of that joy with our soldiers, veterans and their families in need, through payroll giving?

What is Payroll Giving?

Payroll Giving is a very simple, tax-efficient way of donating, maximising the value of every penny you donate to us. For every £1 you donate, it will only cost you 80p. Further still, if you fall into a higher tax rate category, the cost is reduced to 60p.

A small, regular donation – for as little as the price of a coffee – through Payroll Giving will help us continue our vital work in supporting soldiers, veterans and their families.

How your donation can help

We provide help to soldiers, veterans and their families in a number of different ways and without the continued generosity of our supporters, we wouldn’t be able to continue our vital work as the Army’s National Charity.

Here is just a brief example of how far a modest monthly donation can go over the course of a year:

£5 will help pay for a wheelchair ramp for an elderly veteran so that they can regain independence.
£10 will contribute to funding specialised fitness equipment for injured soldiers to help aid them in their rehabilitation.
£20 will help fund course fees for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women so that they can gain the necessary qualifications to find an alternative career after the Army.

How to set up a regular donation through your payroll

You need to be a UK taxpayer to be eligible and your employer must offer payroll giving, so check this first.

To set up your regular donation, complete this payroll giving form. Once you have completed it press submit and we will do the rest.

When the form has been processed, your employer will be told and your donation will come out of your gross salary each payday.
