ABF The Soldiers’ Charity recently received an incredible donation of £12,500.00 from the Rotary Club of Ripon Rowels.
This was the first instalment of a £25,000 fundraising campaign from Councillor Bernard Bateman, with the money helping to provide the specialist support to our Wounded, Injured and Sick soldiers who pass through 4 Brigade Personnel Recovery Unit each year through the provision of Personal Recovery Plans and our Specialist Employment Consultants.
The cheque was presented by the Chairman of North Yorkshire County Council, Councillor David Jeffels, to the CO of 4 Brigade Personnel Recovery Unit, Lieutenant Colonel Steve Bostock.
