On Sunday 21 April, 110 Army Benevolent Fund supporters, including serving soldiers and veterans, ran the TCS London Marathon, watched by thousands of cheering Londoners.
This was our charity’s largest ever group of runners and we are incredibly proud of them all for pushing themselves on one of the world’s toughest physical and mental challenges to raise thousands of pounds for the Army family.
We were especially thrilled to hear that one of our supporters, Toby Norman, ran the fastest marathon dressed as a three-dimensional aircraft, which was recognised as a new Guinness World Record. Well done Toby!
