We are delighted to receive a gold award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), which is the highest accolade available, after being granted silver in 2020.
The ERS represents a badge of honour available to those that employ and support soldiers, veterans and their families.
To acquire this prestigious award, our charity actively demonstrated a fair approach to service personnel and the wider Armed Forces community during recruiting and selection processes. In addition to proudly counting a number of reservists among our staff, and always accommodating leave for Army training, we also employ Army Cadet instructors, Army veterans and Army spouses.
We are absolutely delighted to receive this award and are striving to gain further recognition in years to come.
