Armed Forces Week is a chance to show your support for all the members of the Armed Forces community: from currently serving personnel to service families, veterans and cadets.

Taking place this year from 23rd – 28th June 2025, Armed Forces Week is an annual event dedicated to recognising and celebrating those who serve or have served in the UK Armed Forces. The Week culminates in Armed Forces Day on Saturday 28th June.

Wednesday 26th June is Reserves Day, when we celebrate the contribution of our Reserve Forces.

This Armed Forces Week, the Army Benevolent Fund is paying tribute to the whole Army family by shining a light on the stories of our soldiers, veterans and their families.

We’re here for the Army family every day – giving a lifetime of support from the start of a soldier’s career to long after service is over.

Show your support for soldiers, veterans and families this Armed Forces Day, and beyond, by supporting the Army Benevolent Fund. Find out about all the ways you can do this below.

We have asked four soldiers serving with the Royal Logistics Corps about being in the Army family and why Armed Forces Day is important to them.
