Our Autumn Lecture series continues on the 21st November at the iconic Wellington Barracks.
November 2024 sees the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sir Winston Churchill and we are privileged to have his foremost living biographer, Andrew Roberts, join us to discuss Churchill’s life and legacy.
Lord Roberts of Belgravia is the author of 20 books, five of them about Churchill, and his ‘Churchill: Walking with Destiny’, which is being reissued in a specially numbered edition, won three literary prizes, was translated into 18 languages, and has sold half a million copies.
Penguin is publishing a strictly limited edition of 2,000 copies of Andrew’s book, ‘Churchill: Walking with Destiny’ in hardback. Every copy will be individually numbered and signed. These books will not be available to buy on the night but can be pre-ordered and picked up on the evening. The books are being offered at the reduced rate of £40 (RRP £50).
